Sometimes there is already a clear need for new research, and sometimes research is a natural next step from a 'review and synthesise' project.

The senior-level client-side experience of the company's founders, and our belief in a holistic approach to insight, means that we do not operate like other research agencies.

Our approach to harnessing existing information ensures that with projects involving a 'fresh eyes synthesis' first, any new research is tightly focused. We are able to identify exactly where knowledge gaps are (and are not) - and which ones it is important and relevant to fill. We can often reduce the breadth and scale of the research needed - particularly important in terms of cost and management time in international projects.

We often use stakeholder interviews or run client workshops to develop hypotheses prior to consumer research. This ensures that objectives are defined with clarity and guarantees buy-in from relevant parties.

Only director-level associates work on our projects and we can provide qualitative and quantitative research through our extensive international network.
